Introduction of employee benefits.

In addition to full social insurance, we implement various employee benefits based on the 12 elements we emphasize when considering 'lifestyle design'.

"Clothing" & "Healing"

  • Enrollment in Welfare Station
Our company covers the cost of enrollment in Welfare Station.
Staff can receive preferential pricing for services such as beauty treatments and clothing purchases through this service.
  • Installation of a relaxation space.
A relaxation space was installed in response to a request from a pregnant employee who said, 'I want a place at work where I can lie down.' Cushions and low sofas that wrap around your body welcome staff who are tired from work.
  • Massage equipment.
To relieve fatigue from computer work that strains the eyes, shoulders, and lower back, we have prepared massage equipment for the neck and shoulders.

"Food" & "Housing"

  • Nescafe Ambassador & Water Server
A Nescafe Ambassador is installed in the office, and staff can enjoy drinks such as tea, coffee, and cocoa for free at any time. A water server is also available for free use.
  • Office Glico and other snack services.
We have snacks and energy drinks available in the office. You can easily purchase them when you are hungry or want to focus.
  • Housing allowance system.
For employees who have been with the company for six months or more, we provide a monthly rent subsidy of up to 30,000 yen for moving into a property within two stations of the office's nearest station. The subsidy amount is determined by taking into account commuting time and rent.
The goal is to shorten commuting time by living closer to the company, improve performance in both public and private life, and enjoy the lifestyle around Ebisu, where the office is located.
  • Subsidy for initial housing costs.
For employees who have been with the company for six months or more, we will subsidize initial costs up to 100,000 yen when moving into a property eligible for the housing allowance system.

"Health" & "Beauty"

  • Staff Health Promotion Plan - Muscle Training Edition
IT companies often involve a lot of desk work, which can lead to physical decline. Based on the concept that 'good products come from a healthy body,' we have installed Wonder Core 2 so that you can train at the office.
  • Staff Health Promotion Plan - Aerobic Exercise Edition
The company fully subsidizes the usage fees at company-designated swimming pools.
Furthermore, those who wish can receive swimming instruction from the president, who has experience in national competitions.
  • Staff Health Promotion Plan - Balance Ball Chair Rental Edition
We will lend balance ball chairs to those who wish to use them. You can train your core while working and work on building a beautiful body.
  • Staff Health Promotion Plan - Health Checkup Cost Subsidy Edition
The company provides a subsidy of up to 5,000 yen, including the cost of the basic health checkup.
You can choose the optional medical checkups you wish to receive according to your own health and age.

"Love" & "Security"

  • Croissant gift on payday
On payday, the 15th of every month, the president presents croissants to the staff as a token of appreciation.
  • Birthday surprises.
On a staff member's birthday, the president and all staff members hold a surprise birthday celebration. In addition to a cake, a gift is prepared for the birthday staff member.
  • Regular meetings with the president and the HR department.
A regular individual meeting with the president is held once a year. In addition, if you have any anxieties or wish to consult about your daily work, you can have a meeting with the president at any time.
Furthermore, new employees have a monthly meeting with the General Affairs Department. The content of these meetings is kept strictly confidential unless otherwise requested. We are creating an environment where you can express your anxieties and concerns in a new environment without having to carry them alone.

"Play" & "Learning"

  • Company field trip.
We collect suggestions from staff about trending spots they are interested in, and sometimes we wrap up work early to go experience them.
The purpose is to polish cutting-edge sensibilities and enhance creativity, while also fostering interaction among staff members.
  • Company-wide lunch and drinking parties fully covered by the company.
The company covers food and drink expenses when new staff join, for year-end parties, founding anniversary parties, and when staff request to go to popular restaurants.
  • No limit. Supporting employee ambition through book purchases.
Technical books, business books, and other books necessary for work or skill improvement can be purchased by the company upon application to the president. There is no upper limit.
  • Partial subsidy system for participation in seminars and study sessions.
We provide a subsidy of up to 5,000 yen per month for participation fees for paid seminars and study sessions.
  • Qualification acquisition subsidy system.
We provide a subsidy of up to 20,000 yen for examination fees for qualifications designated by the company or those proposed by staff and approved by the president.
For qualifications that need to be renewed, we will pay half of the renewal fee. Please acquire lifelong qualifications and enhance your skills.

"Work" & "Wealth"

  • Salary increase system (once a year).
Salary increases are conducted every June (subject to change in the first year depending on the date of joining).
  • Implementation of a flextime system.
We have introduced a flextime system for employees who have completed their probationary period.
Core time is from 11:00 to 16:00. We encourage employees to manage their own working hours autonomously, provided they adhere to the core time and fulfill the required monthly working hours.
The range of hours is currently being tested and is planned to be expanded in the future.
  • Support for remote work.
Employees who have completed their probationary period are allowed to work remotely once a week. We also grant permission for long-term work-from-home arrangements based on consultations regarding health conditions or family circumstances.
Furthermore, in addition to the aforementioned regular remote work, we may implement temporary work-from-home policies for all employees to ensure their safety while performing their duties.
  • Initiatives toward institutionalizing shortened working hours.
Following an employee's pregnancy and maternity leave, we have begun moving toward a full-scale shortened working hours system so that those with health or private circumstances can continue to perform well at our company.
As a track record, in addition to shortening working hours and adjusting workloads in consultation with the individual, we conduct regular interviews to provide feedback on whether the system is suited to the current situation.
Our president believes that internal company policies should not be unilaterally imposed by the company, but rather should reflect the needs of employees and current social trends. Our goal is to build all employee benefits, not just the shortened working hours system, together with new employees.
